During March, Richard Young (Uniac’s Executive Director) gave a presentation at the event which included an oversight of good arrangements deployed by audit and risk committees. He outlined the main elements of the CUC Audit HE Audit Code of Practice, the Office for Students’ shift towards a more principals-based approach and concluded with the developments in the private sector – in particular the recent update of the Financial Reporting Council’s UK Corporate Governance Code.
