The advancement of knowledge through research is an essential function of a university.

Assessment of the way that research activities are managed forms a core part of Uniac’s service. We review all aspects of research strategy and management including: identifying opportunities, supporting staff to undertake funding bids, project costing and pricing, financial management and performance against targets. We provide independent assurance of Research Excellence Framework (REF) preparedness and post assessment action planning to ensure that institution’s are optimising their approach and submission, as well as ensuring their compliance.

We also review enterprise and associated activities such as employer engagement, knowledge transfer and consultancy.
