Paddy joined Uniac through the graduate scheme in 2018. Since then he has worked across a number of areas, including estates, project governance, statutory data returns and student wellbeing.

Paddy’s main interests lie in the upcoming challenges for the sector relating to sustainability – helping institutions to approach multiple issues around achieving sustainability goals, mitigating environmental risks, and navigating the challenges of a changing climate.

He holds a first-class honours degree in Music, as well as industry qualifications in data science and business sustainability due to his interests.

As an Associate Director, Paddy has responsibility for the design and delivery of audit programmes across a number of our members, ensuring that these provide strategic benefit and cater to the nuances of individual requirements.

He is Uniac’s lead on sustainability and environmental related reviews. This includes both environmental compliance, and work relating to net zero and climate change. In addition to this, he also supports on data related reviews, either in the form of our assurance on statutory data returns, or by providing bespoke data analytics across our programmes.

Paddy also leads on Uniac’s internal sustainability work, developing an internal sustainability strategy, and co-ordinating our ambition to deliver sustainable audits that drive positive change.
