As Director of Global Engagement within a Top 10 UK university, Lily designed and implemented the institution’s first International Engagement and Impact Plan — integrating people, systems, and strategy to enhance global reputation, drive diversification, and build long-term sustainability.
Lily has spearheaded large-scale initiatives, including the establishment of a Global Sports University Network spanning six continents, the delivery of high-impact global marketing and recruitment transformation, and the development of international partnership frameworks.
