What are the outcomes of an audit?

We prepare a first draft report for discussion. This draft will be altered and updated to reflect any additional evidence that emerges as we discuss the report with you. Wherever possible we aim to get your agreement to the report content, and to any actions needed to address the points raised in the report. There should be no surprises in the draft report as we will aim to discuss potential report topics with you as they arise during the audit.
