Clare McCauley

Clare is a Senior Audit and Assurance Consultant. She has experience of corporate and academic governance roles in a range of higher education providers, both as a University Secretary and as Director of Registry. Clare was Institutional Company Secretary for a small, new provider of higher education during the full implementation of the OfS Regulatory Framework and, as Head of Research Services, was seconded to UKRI during the period of the REF 2021 criteria setting phase.
